聽說7700大卡等於1KG
應該很多人常有去吃到飽餐廳的機會
那麼相信會有人一天會因此當天總熱量超過10000~15000的情況
問題來了:
一、那麼請問假設一天吃超過15000大卡 是否就真的一天內會胖1.5KG?
二、再者聽說熱量不一定全部都吸收,那麼請問會因為吃的量過多消化的比例減少嗎?
例如:一天吃2000大卡就吸收90%,然後如果吃到10000卡吸收的效率變差變成只吸
收80%變8000大卡呢?又或者是這個人一天只能吸收最多3000卡多的都不會吸收?
三、另外是否又會依據食物的種類來分,比如肉品的食物被人體吸
收的熱量會有95% 而豬油的熱量被人體吸收的量只有80%之類的?
四、麻辣鍋常常吃了沒多久就拉肚子了,這代表很多東西沒吸收就拉掉了嗎?
也就表示可能沒吸收到多少熱量呢?
我知道有時運動就對了,不要想太多,但是我想仔細計算後比較能控制一天需要多少
的運動量!
