如題
看了許多文章,有人說如果想吃餅乾蛋糕之類的精緻食物就早一點吃,不要在晚上,因為有一整天的時間可以把那些熱量消耗掉。
又有另一派的說法是,不管你在早上或晚上吃什麼都一樣。
到底是哪個呢>_<
另外補上我胃凸的照片…
之前有發文問過但沒貼圖
我165/48 體脂大概三個星期前量是23
不知道為什麼胃會這樣?
