大約2、3個月前開始深蹲
一天大概30-50下
長期目標是希望練出微笑的屁屁
其實效果還不錯
因為我本來是屁屁有肉但都鬆鬆的
最近有覺得越來越緊實
但另一方面也有點擔心大腿會越來越粗壯(我本來大腿/下半身就很粗)
請問深蹲會把大腿練壯嗎
因為看過一些深蹲的女生大腿真的很壯觀!
有沒有其他可以練微笑線但不會練到大腿的動作呢?
