吃澱粉真的不會比較容易胖 - 減肥

最近因為信仰的關係,(不是為了減肥)
開始了一個月的吃素計畫。
開始吃素以後,
吃豆類補充蛋白質、吃澱粉類補充熱量的比例,
比過去提升很多。
例如上週三四兩天,
我的三餐是這樣的:
1.早:無糖豆漿一杯、饅頭一個、蒸地瓜兩條
2.午:蔬菜堡一個、烤地瓜一條、下午豆漿一杯
3.晚:什錦蔬菜豆一份、炒高麗菜一份、烤地瓜一條、糙米飯一碗
4.早:無糖豆漿一杯、饅頭一個、蒸地瓜一條、蒸栗子4~5顆
5.午:蔬菜堡一個、烤地瓜兩條
6.晚:炒高麗菜一份、無醬油豆腐一份、蒸地瓜兩條、糙米飯一碗
7.宵夜:炸地瓜片(約兩條)
從菜單來看,我每餐都攝取了大量的澱粉,
但是體重並沒有因此而增加,
所以攝取澱粉真的不會容易胖,
持續運動就好。
結論:送別人自己種的蔬菜是件好事...但請考慮對方的食量
我現在看到地瓜都會怕....
