剛剛吃了 2包 洋芋片
中午吃 大乾麵 + 味增湯 + 御茶園綠茶微糖
早餐吃 7-11 肉包
很明顯的克制不住飲食
晚餐預計吃咖哩牛肉燴飯的話
熱量爆了 也太油太填
但我一三五重訓 星期一到五又有氧
雖然上禮拜 右手關節受傷
一個禮拜沒作重訓 但都有有氧
很好奇這樣下去
會變成健力派 或是類似甲甲當中 但不亂搞屁股的熊族 嗎 ?
到底要如何克制食慾 ?
