吃的很油不過吸收熱量低於TDEE能減脂嗎 - 健身

因為現在住宿問題
不能開伙 只能吃學校周邊的食物
不過學校周邊的食物大家都知道不只主食為了方便都用炸的 連蔬菜都很油
平常有在健身的習慣
也有算TDEE大概是2576 平常攝取的熱量大概在2000左右
(中午沒吃澱粉類 晚餐有吃 基本都是一肉一蛋三菜 開始健身後沒喝過飲料有喝乳清 健身完後會做有氧40分鐘)
大概持續了半年 體重跟身材完全沒變化
有變化的只有力量真的變強而已
有查一下 大部分都說減脂跟吃的油不油沒差 有差的是吃進去的熱量跟消耗的熱量
是正確的嗎
還是半年本來就看不出什麼成果 持續下去就會有效
主要是看有些人開始減少熱量 3個月左右效果就很明顯 怕我減脂的方式錯了
