14:00~15:00午點:中型芭樂/蘋果*1 / 牛蕃茄*2 (100卡
17:30晚餐:150g飯+200g菜+90g鯛魚片+蛋 (500卡
*18:45~20:00 重訓
*20:10~21:00 飛輪
22:00晚點:一片全麥土司+起司 / 拳頭韓國麵包 / 半個貝果 再+150cc全脂鮮乳 (250卡
日常作息時間:7點起床 9點上班 18點下班 24點睡
生活型態:朝九晚六坐整天上班族
運動習慣:去年勤運動(一週五天) 從52瘦到45
10月之後太多生日聚餐又懶散 就胖到49 (但還是有一週運動兩天 但吃太多)
最近又開始比較勤著運動 也是大概一週五天 都是重訓完有氧
目標是 身體健康不感冒 體脂可以降到22~23% 然後奶別走~~
我的問題:由於很喜歡吃麵包 前先日子拿貝果來當主食 有滿足感 但沒有飽足感
上班習慣會拿個東西邊做事邊啃 最喜歡啃硬麵包或硬貝果
所以就呈現了 一整天都在吃的窘狀..
朋友們建議我吃飯比較會飽 "可能"就不會想吃其他東西
(但我吃了麵包不會想吃飯 吃完飯還是很思念麵包..)
我的基代1200 上面是我計畫的菜單 如此拘謹的吃還是1850卡!!
好像沒有扣打可以嘴饞啃點硬麵包了.. > <
懇請版娘協助 是不是我的菜單可以做什麼調整 tks
