三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:
沖泡式的燕麥(桂格)兩大匙,拌奶粉一湯匙+兩顆橘子
或是一個紫米飯糰+一杯無糖豆漿!
午餐:
自助餐,菜大概一個至一個半拳頭份量、一顆蛋、有時會吃菇類
飯大概是一碗,自己煮的五穀米飯
晚餐:晚餐不固定
1. 滷味(2~3份菜、一塊凍豆腐、一份冬粉)燙過不加醬
2. 同中午自助餐,沒蛋,飯變半碗
3. 火鍋,一直都點原味鍋、不沾醬也不喝湯。
其他:
每天會喝約2000ml的水,
加800ml的爽健美茶包
晚餐不忙才有辦法六點吃,
超過六點會吃一選項。
日常作息時間:
晚上12點以前睡覺。早上6點起床
生活型態:
每天站著最少八小時,有幾天到十小時,
要一直走動的服務業
運動習慣:
每日騎小折上下班,單趟路程4公里,約15分鐘,
一個禮拜最少會有四天,騎20至30公里,時速幾乎維持在18至20公里。
我的問題:
目前體重體脂停滯一個月了,
上禮拜發現我的腰邊肉一邊大一邊小!
目前的停滯是正常的嗎?還是運動太少了?
請求大家協助我了!><
