持續了一陣子到家附近大學操場健走+小跑步
本人小肉雞一隻,大概跑操場(400M)三圈,後面半圈都是用意志力在移動雙腿
想說撐完三圈不間斷也算是小有成就
今天突然心血來潮
想到之前看馬拉松比賽說到的"領跑"
打算擇日不如撞日今天就來試試看
首先,我找了一位肉肉男當領跑(<----其是就是像變態一樣偷偷跟在人家後面啦!)

| "千萬別放棄呀!!"

| "GO GO GO 瘦下來就可以像旁邊哪猛男穿吊嘎來操場炫耀了"

| "大哥!大哥!你速度有點慢下來囉......."

| "......好吧!你休息一下"
|
|
| (此時我只好維持龜速慢跑,繼續尋找下一個獵物 ! 喔不!!是領跑 !)

| "筋肉男?" no no no太猛了!
| "快跑阿伯?" no no no這是pro級的呀!
| "甩手阿嬤?" no no no阿嬤這是在散步呀!
| "短褲正咩?" 呵呵呵 就決定是你了!

| "是不是我天天來跑步,身材就會跟你一樣夭壽~~~這麼好咧?"(小變態模式完全開啟)

| "正咩流汗還是正咩呀"

一整個晚上,就這樣在心中不斷murmur偷偷摸摸得跟在不同路人後面
最高記錄不間斷的跑了將近六圈!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
這實在是太奇妙!太有趣!太有成就感啦!
