在體適能版也有一段時間了
看了不少版友討教文發現
我覺得大多數想減重的版友都把問題的中心太過放在飲食上,
往往運動內容看了都是讓人呵呵...
撇開病態肥胖的人需要特別的規劃運動內容,大多數運動強度都太低不然完全忽略掉。
雖然說對想減肥的人來說終極目標就是要瘦,但是瘦也是有很多種體態,
完全靠餓瘦真的不好看啊,而且復胖的風險又高。
運動好處多真的希望大家多運動啦,而且當運動造成的熱量缺口更大,
其實要思考的反而不是吃太多,而是吃太少的問題。
當你運動成為習慣,身體機能提升,飲食就可以比較寬鬆吃的比較開心,
長年下來就可以成為一個正循環,既健康又吃得開心。
