吃進去跟排出的問題 - 健身

是這樣的~
減肥到現在也約莫快一個月,小弟有幾個問題想請教版上的朋友,
就是,我身高174,體重85,基代約1900卡左右,
每天都運動差不多一次40~60分鐘(騎健身車,有八段,我都騎6),
有時候早晚也會各一次,吃東西也都有營養均衡,澱粉都有吃(三餐加起來約1碗半的糙米)
蔬菜類則比較多,比例來算 澱粉:25 蔬菜:50 蛋白質與油:25
熱量一天差不多吃2000~2200卡,可是我發現一個問題,
例如我晚餐吃東西前體重是85,晚餐吃完之後體重變成86.4,
經過一晚(有小便+大便+運動流汗),體重也只回到85.4,
循環已經持續約一個多禮拜,感覺越減越胖....,請問是我哪裡出了什麼問題嗎?
