吃重鹹 - 健身

來到這個版,我才知道飲食對運動的重要
目前我的飲食是少油,但是偏鹹(比一般人鹹)
爬了文,知道鹽分會影響水分的代謝
會體重增加,比較浮腫之類的
那請問會對"減脂"或是"其他方面"造成影響嗎?

再順道請問
因為中午有時候忙起來
一過了餓的時間點就不餓了
那我變成說午晚餐的卡洛里就晚餐一餐一起吃
還是會吃到基代
這樣長久下來,會不會對身體造成影響?
