近期吃鍋量明顯變高
自己整理了營養師的建議 小整理分享給大家

1、湯
建議挑選以下四種湯底比較好

蔬菜熬煮的湯底,熱量會比較低
麻辣鍋、豚骨鍋、牛奶鍋都是高熱量的湯底(儘量不要選
另煮料後的湯就不要喝了
2、菜
火鍋料如蟹肉棒、貢丸建議避免
吸油的像是炸豆皮、油條也不行
建議選擇天然的食材為主~
3、肉
建議以原型肉品、低脂蛋白質為主
雞肉、海鮮魚肉類別會比較適合
油花比較多的肉像是五花肉、雪花肉就儘量避開
另盡量不要沾醬吃,沙茶醬真的很肥
4、飯
記得要調整澱粉量
如果七分飽了,就不要再吃王子麵、飯
以上雖然自己覺得吃鍋就要吃麻辣
但冬天食量真的好驚人...哭啊
