幾個月前腰閃到所以有一段時間沒在繼續學硬舉
這次心態調整好想重新學習想再請各位討教

我看起來感覺有駝背
可能是重量輕的關係還沒有感覺到下背在哭嚎
然後發現坐下休息下背特別有感覺
站著就覺得還好....這樣是不是有問題@@?
