最近養成了一個奇怪的習慣
我早上大概都是六點起床
然後起床吃早餐
吃飽後又會躺回床上小睡個一兩小時XDD
剛剛爬文...說睡覺的時候比較沒消化
然後想問版友們~
我是不是要改掉~吃飽後小睡的習慣
如果吃飽後小睡...會不會造成體重增加之類的??(因為消化較慢)
但...我又想到
在學校作息,不也都是中午吃飽然後睡午覺?
這樣到底是好還是不好...還是沒差阿
XDD
請大家幫我解惑一下XD
