我自己訓練當天通常都是晚上六點~七點左右開始
通常都不會差太多 有點小事耽擱的話就延後一下
當天空嫌時間比較多就提前一點這樣
但有時候不小心忙一下過頭 或者是超出預期時間有些多的話
我就會猶豫當天要不要就乾脆休息
各位有沒有一個自己的準則時間呢?超過幾點就不練了?
