頸前蹲
這項很少做,手的活動度不是很好,
以前手指勾得到,不過一但蹲下去
就會跑掉,現在雖然勾得住,
也可以做幾下,但還是不穩。
因此現在還是用扶著肩的方式做
做到後面不是腿不行,是手頂不上去了
不知道用這樣方式繼續做就好了,
還是一定要改成勾得才比較好?
動作上有什麼需要改善的嗎?
