吊單槓感覺受力偏向右手
上挺過程也一直往右偏 (看腳的移動軌跡就感覺得出來)
這是左手側肌群力量不足嗎?
(雙手抓略比肩寬的距離)
有什麼方式可以單練左側
使兩邊肌力平衡嗎?
