大家好
我是跟H大同時上任的新板主,叫我喬治就可以了。


會接觸fitness板是因為想趁右肩脫臼開刀復位後,
好好的把身材給練起來,
因為我大學主修物理治療,現也從事與運動醫學有關的工作,
所以看到板上有關運動訓練有關的文章其實都忍不住想回應一下(手癢)。
於是就這樣應徵新任板主啦~

我跟H大正密切討論板規與相關執行細則,
沒有意外的話,這週末前就會開始施行囉,
希望各位板眾能一起配合。 <(_ _)>
