上次是手,這次是右腳踝
去年暑假的某天,跑步當下沒啥事,沒翻船什麼都沒有,不過穿拖鞋跑了4公里左右才換慢跑鞋
結果隔天痛到掛掉= =
然後去看醫生,醫生也沒說啥,就說要多休息
所以我到現在還是不了解我的腳到底是發生什麼問題= =
休息一陣子後開始跑,就進入一個有點痛又不會太痛的循環,後來醫生說是用意志力壓下去的
昨天因為要跑步環島想說換醫院去好好檢查一下
結果照完超音波醫生說我這是快三級的傷,全部四級
接著照X光發現骨刺長得多的很嚴重
可能得包石膏,最後在我強烈的要求下,以絕對不能動到的前提就不用包了
然後不准我跑了至少休息兩個月復健兩個月
聽到的時候難過到爆炸,因為我也準備了好幾個月了......
還是要跟大家分享,運動不要過度阿...........
強大的意志力不代表強大的身體= =
