爬文發現早上不吃早餐是減肥的大忌(????)
好像如果早上不吃早餐那注定是絕對不可能瘦下來
但是我有個困擾的問題想要請教大家....
我吃完早餐就會想睡覺,請問該怎辦?
過往在人生的路上,舉凡重要的場合我都不吃早餐
比如說考公務人員考試的早上(完全不敢吃東西,真的很怕寫考卷都在想睡)
不過我還是考上了
感覺我不吃早餐的腦袋,比起吃飽的腦袋來說清明不知道多少
現在的工作性質是坐辦公室,更是忌諱想睡覺 (之前要跑現場還會常常離開座位)
坐在那邊盯著電腦想睡覺還要硬撐的時候真的超級辛苦
而且也很明顯感覺到腦筋混沌、血液都流到胃裡,跟吃完午餐的感覺差不多
如果早上大約八點吃早餐,那要到大概快10點才有比較清醒的感覺
請問大家都不會有這種困擾嗎?
ps. 我作息正常,每天晚上12點睡到早上6點40分或7點
上個禮拜剛做完基本健康檢查,肝指數在最低點 (事實上我每年的驗血報告皆如此)
為什麼網路上書上各種專家都說早餐是人一天最重要的一餐(?)
也都說了吃完就會精神百倍、沒吃就會一整天委靡
而我卻剛好顛倒
請問我應該要去看醫生嗎?
如果去看醫生的話應該要掛哪一個科呢?
還有,我不吃早餐也不會覺得餓....吃了的副作用就是早上很昏沉,這樣有救嗎?
需要強迫自己吃早餐嗎?
我也希望我跟大家一樣把早餐當成是活力的來源&不吃早餐就會低血糖到想昏倒
請問要怎樣才能調整成跟大家一樣的身體狀況呢?
