如果呀
之前很胖
好不容易瘦下來了
但是肚子上還有瘦下來的小肥油跟鬆垮的皮膚
尤其是胸部......
因為之前真的是太胖了...150公斤 目前75
所以胸部大概還有C罩杯...問題我是男生啊~~~~~~~>皿<
而且胸部是所謂的布袋奶...就是副乳加下垂的...
而且手臂上有嚴重的蝴蝶袖
這些都可以繼續靠健身跟有氧改善體型嗎? 練胸 腹部 跟手臂
麻煩有經驗的人指導一下吧
