可能是因為我太肥
兩條腿太粗
每次做高臀硬舉(RDL)的時候
兩顆蛋蛋都會遭到雙腿的擠壓
離心階段,屁股往後退的時候還好,蛋蛋囊只是滑進雙腿之間
但是當向心階段,雙腳用力往下踩屁股夾緊時
幹拎娘咧,蛋蛋從雙腿縫隙之間被擠壓出來

兩顆丸子 啵!啵! 陸續跑出來
這種感覺真的是......讓我真心不愛做RDL
會不會哪一天被我壓破?
解決方法是有,站寬一點就好
但是站寬站窄就可能會造成刺激目標肌群不同
有沒有巨巨有更好的解法?
