問題 跑步完腳步很沉重 - 健身

很久沒運動的我 最近漸漸培養運動的習慣
約一週3-4次上健身房
15分鐘暖身
30分鐘登階+30分鐘跑步(4K)+10分鐘重訓+30分鐘滑步->收操
爬樓梯卻感覺腳步愈來愈沉重 爬到二樓腳就抬不太動OD
後來把30分鐘的登階取消 情況有稍微改善
但仍覺得爬樓梯時屁股很重
請問各位有這種狀況嗎 是什麼問題 如何改善
