看到前一篇討論哪裡的肌肉群最難練,有蠻多人也覺得是三角,本來剛開始剛健身的時候
因為練肩膀好痛苦就放棄了,但後面真的想要一個好看的手臂所以開始加強三角肌的訓練
,以前都跟胸一起練,現在也都獨立出來一天練,菜單如下。
史密斯肩推 頸前頸後
軍式肩推
啞鈴前舉
啞鈴平舉
機器後三角
都從最大重量降低慢慢做到完全沒力
每次都覺得練都很有感覺,痛苦指數好高,可是隔天真的是一點痠痛都沒有欸..雖然知道
沒痠痛不代表沒練到,但是還是覺得沒痠痛會有種不踏實感xD不知道有沒有人跟我一樣,
很好奇三角肌是不是只能透過時間慢慢的累積才能變大啊?簡單說是不是很難有成效的肌
群?還是是基因問題?每次看到健身房的巨巨有跟dwight howard的肩膀都好羨慕喔!希
望有強肩巨巨分享一下,感激不盡啊!!
