如題,以右手拿啞鈴為例
我儘量把手肘靠近身體中線
也從自然下垂姿勢再靠近腳部一點開始往上拉(參考館長影片)
但是我在往上提的過程中身體會想要向右轉(右側往天花板左側往地板)
造成我做完腰很酸但是背不酸
請問是有什麼地方做錯了嗎
這個動作我看了不少教學影片但是好像抓不到要領
