小弟一直很好奇一個問題,增肌的訓練到底是哪一種方式比較好呢?
許多選手說,重點是在感受度跟訓練量,不一定要用到大重量;可是許多書上也說,以6
~8RM左右去做訓練,肌肥大效果最好
在飲食條件一樣的狀況下(蛋白質體重3倍克數,碳水與油脂皆攝取達標,熱量超過TDEE
)假如今天深蹲1RM是100kg,深蹲訓練量設定5600 kg,目標是肌肥大,那麼用50kg訓練
跟
用80kg訓練的肌肥大效果/效率會一樣嗎?
