想到一個問題,想請問一下版上的高手們
假設今天用的是比較輕的啞鈴(5磅)
但是同一個部位的肌肉運動次數增多
例如:使用5磅的啞鈴,一組次數做到20或30下甚至更多(做完會酸),一天總共做三組
請問這樣有鍛鍊肌肉的效果嗎?
能夠使肌肉增大嗎?
