啞鈴臥推 - 健身

目前健身房的啞鈴最重只有到20kg
小弟練臥推已經有點太輕 第一組大概可以到15下左右
而場地裡剩下的只有傳統史密斯(直上直下那種)
重量練胸還夠用很久(約150kg的槓片)
因為啞鈴沒有辦法加重,想請問接下來是要把啞鈴次數增加?
還是轉戰史密斯衝大重量?
