請問大家,我最近這做這個動作

目前是10公斤OK了,想再往上加重量,只是健身房10公斤以上的啞鈴是
2公斤2公斤往上跳
就是說10 12 14這樣的重量
昨天我拿了12公斤的啞鈴自己來,做到五下...就不支了= =a
可是10公斤我現在一次可以做三十下
我是應該繼續拿10公斤的練到更好再拿12公斤,還是直接上12公斤不管做幾下...
(好像11公斤比較適合我,不過健身房沒有11公斤的)
之前我有尋求過其他男生幫我的忙,只有一位願意幫我...被幾個笑說舉這樣會變金剛
所以不能幫我以免害到我,我就不太敢跟其他男生開口了>"<
我現在正在努力重建信心開口中>.<
