星期一去聽c大的建議先舉12公斤的,大概六下就不行了
其實還有個問題是,我的手臂把啞鈴舉高有點勉強,是後倒的時候順著用力才有辦法
舉高otz,要不然做動作的時候還比舉高輕鬆一點囧,不知這有甚麼辦法可以比較輕鬆
舉高一點嗎?!
我要講詳細一點!
大概就是我從坐著讓自己抓著啞鈴躺好 並且擺好預備姿勢這段
力量比不上我躺著舉啞鈴,所以在一開始的時候反而比較麻煩
我都是這樣練,加重量就練到能夠到30下,再開始換下一個重量
這動作我沒有舉很快,吳金龍教練跟我說舉到最高點的時候停住兩秒鐘再放下
五組然後從12下開始往上加,結束通常都要10分多鐘~15分
話說我應該不會變成金剛吧!我一年前從3公斤到現在手臂也沒變粗過
很想要健身房男生那種有起伏的手臂線條otz可是到了目前只有靠近肩膀的地方有
凸出來一小塊,看來我有氧要加油.....
