喝Pre-Workout訓前 過幾個小時後超累 - 健身

小弟前幾天想說有一陣子沒喝 Pre-Workout (我是喝C4)
早上訓練時 就喝一了匙 感覺力氣似乎有比較飽滿 (心理作用XD?)
硬舉比平常多拉5KG 做了5組87%PR 165KGX3下 後 在接著衝一組92%PR 175KGX1下
最後再做下拉背 五組X12下 回家的時候感覺還滿不錯的
結果晚上的時候 整個超累.....癱在沙發完全不想動 隨便一個阿嘛都能打死我的狀況
隔天早上這種感覺還是持續 而且頭有點痛 直到隔天晚上才慢慢恢復正常
這是當天訓練過度的結果嗎? (減量期2週前才結束)
以前喝訓前也會這樣 只是沒這麼誇張就是了
有什麼方法能減少這種現象 例如飲食之類的? 感謝各位巨巨
