喝含糖飲料會造成體力長期衰退嗎? - 健身

我在2011年有問過,勞動中喝含糖飲料是不是正常的
生理反應,推文中是說想喝就喝沒關係,也有人說勞
動中血糖降低會想喝甜的是正常的,但是最近又有聽
說,有人戒掉含糖飲料之後,體力就明顯上升了
如果照身體本能來看的話,如果含糖飲料會讓體力下
降的話,那應該在勞動當中也不會想喝含糖飲料才對
所以就再浪費板上資源再重新問一次,喝含糖飲料造
成體力下降是不是有學理上的根據?
