喝咖啡變得容易心悸 - 減肥

為了開始減肥
持續運動一個月多了
平均運動量每周四天
游泳1200 m或慢跑 3~5公里不等
漸漸發覺到身體的改變
像是
雖然體重沒少多少(一公斤以內)
但變結實了
大家都說我瘦很多
變得比較不那麼嗜睡
以前常常一睡可以睡十幾個小時
或是睡了一整天還是很累
另外還有一項改變就是
喝咖啡竟然會心悸!?
我一項有早上喝咖啡的習慣
一天一杯 偶爾下午或晚上要趕工的時候會再喝一杯
當初喝是因為剛開始上班很疲勞
要靠咖啡提神
後來變成沒有喝就很沒精神
好幾年過去了
很少會心悸
除非喝像星X克那種很大杯的才偶爾會小心悸
現在竟然喝一杯小七中冰拿就會開始心悸不舒服!
據我朋友的說法
他說因為身體變得健康 自然會排斥不健康的攝取
如菸酒阿或是咖啡 茶等刺激性的東西
像他都不能喝咖啡跟茶
他喝咖啡必心悸 喝茶手會抖
然後他自認為因為他身體很健康才會有這種現象(這點我真的很存疑)
有人有遇過這樣的狀況嗎?

我減肥除了增加運動量
就是小控制飲食
不亂吃零食跟炸物(鹹酥雞一類)
不吃宵夜
不喝含糖飲料
每天都會吃早餐
正餐正常吃 很常自己煮
所以應該不是吃不到基代引起的心悸
