喝水以外,無糖茶跟豆漿哪個好? - 健身

大家好~最近努力減脂中,
因為喝飲料對身體比較不好,但有時嘴饞還是會想喝其他的
看到有人喝無糖茶或豆漿,這兩種我比較喜歡
打算挑一種,每天喝一罐。
想請問一下大家除了平常喝到固定的水量以外
以減脂(有搭配運動)的考量來說會比較建議平常喝無糖茶或豆漿呢?
有看到之前版上新聞說運動前喝茶可以燃脂比較快,喝豆漿可以修補肌肉等
這樣的話什麼時候喝是否會有影響呢?
