喪失動力時的訓練調整 - 健身

小弟是從大三下開始健身的
到現在剛出社會
最近的訓練量連以前的一半都不到
常常做到一半就不行了
不知道是不是一個月前確診的後遺症
比較難適應的點是
以前是早上6點去健身房 在去上課
現在是下班後去
每次練到一半就沒什麼力做下去
只想趕快回家休息
訓練也不太有以前那種快樂的感覺
反而覺得是負擔
針對這個狀況
在訓練量上
小弟在想是否要減少組數
用比較有效率的方式練
或者是把6天的訓練量的變成3天
讓2個平日有比較多休息的時間
但小弟比較困惑的是心態的轉變
不知道版上的大大
有沒有面對到類似情況的調整方法
或是能讓自己比較有動力訓練的調整方式呢?
