單手引體上升該怎樣練? - 健身

小弟目前雙手的極限大概是25~28吧(完全標準姿勢下),
但單手還是一完全上不去...是我力量還不夠嗎?
還是該有什麼要注意的地方?(因為我每當想拉上去,身體就會轉向)
真的很想練到單手引體上升....
順帶一提,現在測體質的機都很不準耶....
一台測到我體脂6%,另一台郤測到11%.....
