7月初要考體能,
其中有一關是要拉單槓3下(不限正反手)。
目前是連一下都拉不上去,
知道單槓不是短期能訓練出來的,
所以提早做準備。

正、反手運用到的肌肉組織不大一樣,
反手比較吃二頭,
正手比較吃背的力量(但一直抓不到發力的感覺)。
YT的健身頻道關於拉單槓的影片也看了不少,
但依舊還沒抓到那個感覺。
(從0到1真的好困難)

想請問版上前輩們:
174cm / 67 kg / 有自主做重訓的習慣,
滑輪下拉(正or反手)可以拉40kg/10下,
坐姿划船可以拉35kg/10下,
彈力繩輔助引體向上可以拉10下,
重訓頻率目前是抓3hr/一天。
兩個月內有辦法訓練到徒手3下嗎?
