大概是在一個月前開始在家裡練單槓
以正手的方式拉單槓
我想問的是
為什麼我第1下拉的上去
然後手打直再拉第2下
第2下就拉不上去了
但是我下來的時候
假如關節部分大概160度左右
則可以拉到4下
我應該持續熟悉打直再拉起來的感覺嗎?
或是我施力方式有問題..?
