單槓正面上的技巧 - 健身

小弟目前單槓正手可拉20下
近日想練正面上(也有人叫暴力上)
有去公園拉過兩三次
都是拉到胸部那邊就上不去了
感覺拉到胸部時換三頭肌在施力
不知道是不是三頭肌爆發力不夠的原因總是撐不上去
接著小弟我有在youtube搜尋了一下影片

打算加強練習影片中39秒那個動作
想請問各位會這招的大大可以傳授一下要領嗎~"~
