單腳抱膝時,膝蓋無法接近胸口 - 健身

最近作一些伸展運動,
有個這樣的動作
仰臥,一腳屈膝,腳掌著地
兩手抱住另一腳膝蓋往胸口拉.
這個動作我沒辦法讓膝蓋接近胸口,還差滿多的.
而且覺得髖部側面偏前方會很酸.
請問這可能是那邊太緊限制了活動度?
我下背跟大腿後側都滿緊的,
不過一般如果是卡在這邊, 自己應該會有感覺.
但是抱膝的這個動作我卻沒覺得身體後側有哪邊卡住,
只覺得髖部側面偏前方很酸.
有沒有人有類似經驗可以提供一下線索? 感謝.
