單腳深蹲可以練到什麼? - 健身

因看囚徒健身說單腳深蹲是深蹲之王
我嘗試大概一次連續的話
右腳可以做6下,左腳4下
但我自己做起來,感覺這是平衡訓練以及股四頭肌訓練!
卻沒有拿槓鈴深蹲那種大腿爆掉汗滴下來的感覺!
請問如果想練長跑的耐力持久度,
做槓鈴深蹲比較好,還是跳躍的深蹲,還是單腳深蹲呢?
