我還蠻喜歡假日到河濱騎騎出租單車,運動量頂多來回20公里左右,速度是15公里(平均
)
也就是慢慢騎,但是會流汗
其實我不是要快速劇烈減肥,而是希望老了不要雙腳身體退化就好
當然假如能瘦下來那更棒了!
我是46歲的中年歐巴桑,體重68公斤,身高165公分
希望能夠瘦到60公斤,那就太好了。
