單邊訓練是不是比較花時間?如何安排? - 健身

小弟不懂訓練原則
我再練任何的單側訓練的邏輯是,左右兩側都做完力竭才叫做『完成1組』
比方說我先練做完右腳的保加利亞分腿蹲再練左腳的次數表現與先做左邊再坐右邊的
運動表現不一樣?
所以改成先做完左腳的3組,休息完後再做右腳的3組
這樣的安排妥不妥當?巨巨們可以分享一下小弟建議嗎?
