單關節/小肌群零碎時間練的效益? - 健身

小弟基本上都是在家上班
家裡有基礎的轟俊組
國外疫情關係基本上還不敢去健身房
在能訓練的時間有限的情況下
每次重訓的1hr想專注於大肌群/多關節動作
有點好奇如果我在上班休息起身走動的10~20分鐘裡
一天大概四次的休息時間隨手做個幾組小肌群
如二頭彎舉、啞鈴飛鳥、站姿三頭
每次都只有短暫局部熱身(沒有全身跳動起來的熱身?lol)
只在這種情況下練小肌群的效益高嗎?(肌肥大的目標)
還是小肌群要肌肥大最好還是平時訓練時排進去?
