除非你在減脂

其實這個比鹹酥雞還差一點
因為雞肉的比例可能更低了
不過衛生來源可能會大勝

又不是說很常吃
3.炙燒鮪魚
就是鮪魚整塊拿去烤
真的非常厲害
如果沒有要配飯的話
鹽巴要加少一點

滿廢的食物
真正重訓的不太會去吃
因為太娘了
