youtube上面有個叫做囚徒健身的影片~
我覺得影片裡面 大部分的動作很適合在臥室裡自己鍛鍊~
看了一下裡面的動作類型 好像只分五大類~
1.俯臥撐
2.引體向上
3.橋
4.深蹲
5.舉腿
想請問有健身習慣的鄉民
練好這五類動作 身體肌肉的鍛鍊是不是就很全面??
還有沒有需要加強的部位??
有沒有推薦的動作??
