BMI: 20.5
體脂率:24.8
早餐:一杯300ml優酪乳+大塊消化餅三塊
午餐:有時是自治三明治 (包煎蛋、火腿、起司)
有時自己煮義大利麵(肉醬麵+煎肉丸)
點心:下午餓了會吃片餅乾 或在喝杯優酪乳
晚餐:煮一盤菜+雞肉
其他:晚上運動前肚子有點餓會吃顆番茄
日常作息時間:12點半前睡 8點起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
晚上九點快走30分鐘,心跳數約130~140 快走前會做8分鐘電腦人 每週六次以上
一週三次左右會騎腳踏車上學 來回各三十分鐘 心跳數不太一定(視坡度及快慢)
我的問題:
我想在四個月中瘦下來 目標是六公斤
我最大問題是肉都不緊實 看起來比實際體重重
但人在國外 健身中心離家太遠且價格不斐不在考慮範圍
不知道在家運動有沒有哪些需要補強的
上手臂很粗 腰間贅肉也蠻多 最可怕的是大小腿
就算體重沒什麼變化也希望體態能變好
如果是飲食還是運動有什麼問題
拜託大家可以給點意見 謝謝><
