今天去了台南安南醫院做中研院的人體資料庫檢測
確定了上次在體育文化節做的inbody測量應該沒有差到多少XD
先分享一下從17年到現在每天快走紀錄

實際上有換過手機,所以紀錄大概相差不遠 反正或多或少
目前除非是工作太忙 不然都是一天走至少1萬5以上
再來是檢測圖表

17年那時候最重是85公斤 我身高是164公分
目前大約維持在60上下 昨天也喝了酒 吃了比較多 =.=
我唯一的運動就是快走
當然速度比以前一開始是差很多
體型最大的改變是從去年4月開始的168斷食
維持到現在已經很習慣了
吃的東西就是
小七或是全家 沙拉一份
水果一份
蔬菜沙拉或是三明治一份
再來一份正餐 全家小七 麵食 or 高蛋白蔬食餐 (熱量約400-600左右去挑選)
基本比例會把碳水調低 蔬菜跟蛋白高一些
有時會買全聯的69元滷味 很好吃 熱量也能自行調整
但是有點傷荷包...晚餐一吃大概都兩百多塊以上
吃久了也習慣了
反而很難再去吃便當 (雖然便當比較便宜)
每個禮拜也都會給個一、二天大吃 (滷味或鹽酥雞)
也會喝啤酒
目前狀況就是個人會去計算一整週的攝取熱量
下週再做調整
我沒有想要說我的方法對或錯
只是想分享個人心得
還有同時也沒有想要拍自己的自拍照 (這邊板友似乎很愛看體態)
只想做個紀錄
有堅持下來 給自己一點鼓勵
如此而已
