四肢纖細 中廣身材 - 健身

小弟是個四肢纖細的人,每次一穿上短褲短袖露出雙手雙腳
從來沒有人嫌我胖只嫌我瘦,手腕的粗細甚至可以跟女生相
比,但回到家一脫掉衣服就看到自己肥嘟嘟的胸部,尤其是
胸前的兩塊脂肪(女乳症)讓我從小到大都沒啥自信,我的運
動協調能力不錯,耐力也OK,但就是力量總是比同年紀的朋
友小了點。
平時會做的運動:
游泳(捷式或蛙式 2000m/一次),大概一週一次;
在家中舉啞鈴(30p+可以舉5下/3組,20p+可以舉10下/3組),
可是舉完之後大部分都是前臂在痛,無法有效率的鍛鍊二頭
肌三頭肌;加上偶爾插花去健身房練三角肌胸肌背肌。
請問各位前輩,若我希望能夠練粗我的手臂,要如何克重訓
對過細的前臂造成的負擔;同時間若是我要想辦法消除胸前
脂肪,重訓與有氧(游泳)的比例應該如何拿捏?或是這只能靠
手術消除?
